The Rekindling the Spirit Mums and Bubs program supports the parents from conception through to early childhood.

The programs aim is to assist parent/s in strengthening the connection to support services where and when required, overall goals of the program is to assist parents in caring for their child during the early years.

 

The Targeted Early Intervention worker works alongside the Mums and Bubs program to support families through a Playground delivered by Rekindling the Spirit.
