Rekindling the Spirits Targeted Early Intervention program offers support to parents of a child 0 to 8 years of age where 1 parent is under 25 years of age.

The program provides case management support and referrals to programs for ongoing support through a step-up step-down approach.

The program tailors support to individual family circumstances, addressing needs early to prevent escalation and increase the wellbeing and safety of vulnerable young people.

The program strives to support young peoples’ continued connection with their family, community and education.

 

The Targeted Early Intervention worker works alongside the Mums and Bubs program to support families through a Playground delivered by Rekindling the Spirit.
